Plans are already afoot for Phase II (Evolution Corby) of the Willow Place shopping centre, which will treble the size of the development, creating space for larger retail units including a prestigious department store and incorporating leisure facilities, apartments and a new 1,200 space car park – taking town centre development to the next level.
