Be part of something really special.
The scale of new developments in Corby is truly spectacular. Public and private sectors are working in partnership to deliver projects worth more than a quarter of a billion pounds. This is so much more than a regeneration programme, it’s a unique vision that is creating a truly modern living environment.
This means new houses, schools and shops. It means new roads, better transport infrastructure and miles of safe cycle paths. More than 20 projects are underway and helping to make Corby a great place to live, work and visit. This includes a landmark new arts centre and library and the Corby East Midlands International Pool opened in July 2009.
This work is being overseen by North Northants Development Company (NNDC), which is supported by Central Government, East Midlands Development Agency (EMDA) and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) as well as by the local authorities, Northamptonshire County Council and Corby Borough Council.
