The Lovely rolling countryside 'Around Corby' offers superb walking in an area rich in public footpaths.
The thirty four mile 'Around Corby' circular walking route takes in all the rural villages around Corby Borough. There is an optional fifteen mile addition plus twenty five shorter circular walks that start and finish in villages around the route, all designed for completion in just one day, or less. But they don't have to be. That's one of the beauties of walking. Besides fresh air, great scenery, lovely villages, friendly people and healthy 'low impact' exercise you can do as much or as little as you want.
Corby holds an annual Around Corby Walking Festival. The 3 day event delivers a walking programme aimed at encouraging people to get out, enjoy Corby’s great outdoors and try walking as a way of getting more active and becoming healthier.
