Youngsters and adults will think they are in heaven as the Corby Cube welcomes the Angelic Co to open up their business in the iconic building.
Just last month Corby Borough Council revealed that they were in the late stages of agreeing terms with a new private sector social enterprise geared around interactive and education play and recreation for adults and children. Today the authority can reveal that contracts have been signed and the Angelic Co will be taking over the bistro space on the ground floor of the Cube.
With everything in place the Angelic company, which is involved in the holistic management of natural Rainforests, will now begin to fit out the space in order to open The Cube Café – Corby. Angelic will offer their customers top quality Natural Rainforest Coffees complimented with pastries, organic baby and children’s foods as well as tasty meals cooked on site in front of customers’ eyes. On top of this the Café will also feature an Angelic 'Academy' - a friendly and safe environment for children to learn and grow. Youngsters will be able to engage with the theatre and storytelling through constructive and structured play sessions as well as a wide range of daytime and after school activities including a Cookery School and Spy HQ.
To achieve all this The Cube Café – Corby will include a seating area with at least 12 tables, a kitchen, including micro bakery, and a distinctive Academy room. The area will be designed around an open and clean interior. It will have a modern wooden décor which will reflect the quality of the served beverages, meals and snacks, and highlight the café as an eclectic place where families can relax and enjoy their cup of coffee whilst children engage in structured educational play.
