Corby has been described as both the northernmost town in Southern England and the southernmost town in Northern England - the truth is, we’re somewhere in the middle! You’ll find us in the county of Northamptonshire close to the market towns of Kettering, Wellingborough and Market Harborough. We’re just off the main east-west A14, in between Cambridge and the M1/M6, so we’re very well connected.
With good road and rail access, many people find that living in Corby is handy for working in Leicester, Birmingham, Peterborough, Milton Keynes and London.
A new mainline station at Corby will open in December 2008 with a direct Corby to London St Pancras rail link. A mainline station at Kettering is just ten minutes awhere you’ll find regular trains to St Pancras that get you to London in just 55 minutes.
