With a fast-growing population and new town centre development opportunities, Corby represents a fantastic retail proposition.

Corby's catchment population will double from 50,000 to 100,000 by 2031. Proposals have been made for 28,000 new homes to be built drawing affluent, home-owning families to the area and a future catchment comparison goods spend of up to £180 million (The Retail Group, 2005).

Corby currently has a strong, loyal, local catchment: retailers estimate that 89% of their customer base are regulars, with 85% of retailers saying that their customers visit at least once a week.
