Brooke Weston City Technology College is consistently one of the top five highest achieving comprehensive schools in England. Excellent student care, innovative practice and very high expectations all contribute to outstanding results.

In 2004, 2005 and 2006 the school has achieved 100% success in the number of students achieving five or more A*-C GCSEs. 2006 has seen the school’s best ever A-Level results, resulting in more than 100 students going on to university from the Sixth Form.

Brooke Weston can justifiably claim to be one of the most advanced of any state school in the use of technology. Wireless laptops, multimedia software packages and interactive whiteboards are regular features of classroom practice as tools for students and teachers alike. The school has excellent sports facilities including floodlit all-weather pitches, catering for cricket, hockey, rugby, football, netball and tennis.

The school offers Master-classes to 250 students from local primary and secondary schools, and has been at the forefront of plans for a new Academy in Corby which is set to open in 2008, putting into practice the educational principles and standards laid down at Brooke Weston.
